3D Printed Same Day Workflow

Same Day Full Arch Print

3D Printing technology gives us the ability to construct full arch restorations fast. If strength is not the key and getting something in the mouth is, then this restoration is a great option. 

Step 1 – 45 min

Pre-Operative Record Taking

Timing – At least 1 week prior to surgery preoperative records are taken. Intraoral scans, photos and CBCT.

Step 2 – 1 Week

Evaluation of Smile

Digital Smile Design

3D Smile designs will be done including facial photos and face scans.

Digital Bite Registrations 3D Printed

With the new smile design completed 3D bite registrations will be printed using the latest 3D printing technology

Implant Placements Planned for Approval

Using our implant planning software we will plan the case and schedule an online session for you to discuss the desired aesthetic outcome of the 3D Smile Design.

Implants are Placed

Implant Positions are Scanned

Using ICam4D Scanner an image is quickly captured, accurately locating the position of the implants.

Soft Tissue and Bite Records

Using our 3D printed bite records the clinician will record the soft tissues and bite relationship, by scanning and photographing the patient post surgery.

Teeth are designed in the lab

All of our pre-operative plans are aligned to assist in designing our immediate temporary

Design is 3D Printed, Finished and delivered for insert that day or the next morning.
