Immediate Titanium Workflow

Immediate Acrylic/Titanium Hybrid

Over 5 years of research and design has gone into what we believe is the most advanced immediate full arch restoration available.

Utilising Titanium and a monolithic graphene Interlaced PMMA we have created a true mix of strength, aesthetics and longevity which until now has been unachievable.

Step 1 – 45 Min

Pre-Operative Record Taking

Timing – At Least 1 Week Prior to Surgery
Alginates or IOS records are taken along with bite records

Step 2 – 1 week

Evaluation of Smile

Digital Smile Design

3D Smile designs will be done including facial photos and face scans.

Digital Bite Registrations 3D Printed

With the new smile design completed 3D bite registrations will be printed using the latest 3D printing technology

Implant Placements Planned for Approval

Using our implant planning software we will create a plan to log in and approve based on the desired aesthetic outcome of the 3D smile Design

Case is Packed and Delivered Ready for Surgery

Step 3 – 4 Days

Day 1

Implants are Placed

Implant Positions are Scanned

Using our ICam4D Scanner we will record the positions of the implants accurately and quickly

Soft Tissue and Bite Records

Using our 3D printed bite records we will record the soft tissues and bite relationship

Try in is Designed in Lab

All of our pre operative plans are aligned to assist in designing our Try in

Day 2

Try-In Design is Tested

Photos and Willis gauge measurements are taken of the Try in

Day 4

Final Bridge is Manufactured for Insert

Changes from the try in are made and the titanium and teeth are milled and finalized
